To highlight a Ruud water heating client having her unit since the 80s, The RUUD P.I. was a concept pitched to celebrate that longevity in a lighthearted manner and pulling inspiration from the 80s.

Summary statement: The 80s produced some of the greatest tv shows ever and RUUD P.I. is no exception. Starring Ruud Electric as him self, the show has proven to have the star and staying power over the decades, bringing laugher and a shoulder to cry on. After 34 great years the series star, RUUD Electric retires.

RUUD ELECTRIC - Roger that! Wait, what does Roger that mean. I’m on! Well, not literally on it. This human language stuff is tough! I’ll stick to what I’m good at. 

(RUUD Electric “turns on” with lighting flashing around badging)

(Camera cuts to Melissa standing by laundry, RUUD P.I. whispers in her ear. Camera cuts to RUUD Electric badge lighting up and magically all the laundry is done!)
